Ta99 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Rules in Brazil

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• ta99: online sports betting and casino platform operated under the domain ta99.life, serving exclusively the Brazilian market.
• User / Player: an individual, aged 18 or over, resident in Brazil, who creates a ta99 account and uses its services.
• Account: individual profile created by the user upon completing the registration and identity verification process at ta99.
• Balance: amount in BRL (R$) available in the user's account for use on bets, games, and withdrawals.
• Bonus: promotional credit granted by ta99 to the user under the specific conditions of each promotion.
• Rollover: minimum wagering requirement on the bonus balance before it can be withdrawn.
• RNG: Random Number Generator — a certified system that determines the outcomes of casino games and slots at ta99.
• Pix: instant payment system operated by the Banco Central do Brasil, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To create and maintain an active account on ta99, users must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be an individual aged at least 18 (eighteen) years old as of the date of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration;
• Not appearing on any voluntary self-exclusion list or subject to any court order barring use of betting platforms;
• Not be an employee, partner, or first-degree relative of any direct ta99 collaborator or its game providers.

Ta99 reserves the right to request additional proof of identity and residence documents at any time, including a national ID, driver's license, proof of address, and a selfie with a document. Failure to provide the requested documents within the indicated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

The ta99 registration process requires you to provide your full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and a password. All information submitted must be accurate and match your real identity. The use of false documents, third-party identities, or fictitious information is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Each CPF can be linked to only one ta99 account. Creating multiple accounts under the same user ("multi-accounting") is prohibited and will result in all identified accounts being blocked and all accumulated balances and bonuses being forfeited, with no reimbursement for amounts wagered using bonus funds.

The user is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials (email and password). ta99 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's negligence in storing or sharing their password. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately via the platform's chat.

Ta99 may close or suspend an account at any time if it detects a violation of these Terms, fraudulent use, attempts to manipulate games or bets, or behavior that threatens the integrity of the platform or other users.

Ta99 accepts deposits exclusively in BRL (R$) through the following payment methods available in Brazil:

• Pix: available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with instant account credit. The platform's preferred payment method;
• Boleto bancário: settlement within up to 1 (one) business day after payment;
• Credit & debit card: Visa, Mastercard, and Elo cards accepted;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: available subject to each digital wallet's terms and conditions;
• TED Transfer: accepted by major banks including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL). ta99 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's bank or financial institution are solely the user's responsibility.

Ta99 monitors financial transactions in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits that fall outside a user's usual patterns may be subject to additional verification, including a request for proof of source of funds.

Withdrawals of real balance (not bonus balance) may be requested at any time from the account dashboard. The available withdrawal method is Pix, processed to the Pix key linked to the CPF of the account holder. For security purposes, ta99 does not process withdrawals to bank accounts held by anyone other than the registered user.

For verified accounts, Pix withdrawals are processed in under 2 (two) minutes in the vast majority of cases. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL). ta99 charges no fees on withdrawals.

Withdrawals of large or unusual amounts may be subject to additional identity and source-of-funds verification, in accordance with regulatory requirements. In such cases, ta99 will notify the user of the documents required and the processing timeframe, which may be up to 5 (five) business days.

Bonus balance may only be withdrawn after the full wagering requirement of the corresponding promotion has been met. Any bonus balance that has not completed the rollover within the promotion's validity period will be automatically voided with no right to reimbursement.

Ta99 offers promotions that may include deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and betting bonuses. Each promotion has its own specific rules, including rollover requirements, validity period, eligible games, and the maximum bet amount permitted while using bonus funds.

The current welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00 (five hundred BRL). To claim the bonus, the user must make a qualifying deposit within the timeframe indicated on the promotion page. The standard rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is specified on the ta99 Promotions page.

• The bonus is automatically credited after the qualifying deposit and is held separately from the real balance in the wallet;
• Bets placed with bonus balance are subject to a maximum stake per bet as specified in the promotion. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided;
• Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus balance and subject to the same wagering requirements;
• Ta99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses from accounts that show a pattern of play inconsistent with legitimate promotional use (such as betting only on low-risk markets solely to meet rollover requirements);
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no monetary value outside of fulfilled rollover conditions.

Sports Betting at ta99 covers more than 500 competitions, including the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Premier League, Champions League, and many other leagues and tournaments. Odds are displayed in decimal format and updated in real time as each match unfolds.

A bet is considered confirmed and binding the moment the user clicks "Confirm" and the system displays the bet receipt. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed by the user, except in cases where the cash out feature is available for that specific bet.

In the event of cancellation, postponement, or non-occurrence of a wagered event, the following rules apply:

• Match cancelled before kick-off: the bet is fully refunded;
• Match started and definitively suspended with no official result: the bet is fully refunded;
• Match postponed to a new date: the bet remains valid for the rescheduled date, unless a competition-specific rule applies;
• In multiple bets, a canceled selection is removed and the ticket odds are recalculated without it.

Ta99 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious odds errors (quotes clearly outside market standards due to a technical failure), bets placed after an event has started without in-play support, or in cases of suspected match-fixing.

Casino games available on ta99 — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live casino, and crash games — use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) audited by internationally recognized independent testing laboratories. Results are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by ta99 or any user.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is provided by the game's manufacturer and is available in the game's own rules section. RTP represents the average return percentage over a large number of rounds — it does not guarantee any specific return in any individual session.

If a technical failure occurs during a game — including internet disconnection, server error, or unexpected browser closure — the outcome of the round in progress is determined based on the state recorded by the ta99 server at the time of the failure. Users should contact support if their balance does not reflect the expected result after reconnecting.

The live casino operates via real-time video streaming from physical tables with real dealers. • Deposit limits: users can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once configured, the limit can only be increased after a 7 (seven) day cooling-off period;

• Temporary self-exclusion: voluntary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, with a single click and no need to contact support;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure. Once requested, the account is closed within 24 hours and the CPF is blocked from new registrations on ta99;
• Full history: access to your deposit, bet, and withdrawal history at any time through the dashboard.

Ta99 uses monitoring systems that identify behavioral patterns associated with problem gambling. When such patterns are detected, the support team may proactively reach out to the user to offer assistance and information about available control tools.

Personal data processing at ta99 is carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018). The following conduct is expressly prohibited on ta99 and will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of any available balance:

• Creating more than one account per CPF (multi-accounting);
• Submitting false information, altered documents, or third-party identities during registration or verification;
• Attempting to manipulate the RNG systems, odds, or any other platform mechanism;
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Systematically exploiting technical loopholes or odds errors;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity;
• Making deposits through third-party bank accounts or payment methods;
• Coordinating bets with other users to guarantee a predetermined outcome (fraudulent combination bets);
• Abusing bonus policies by exploiting rollover requirements without any genuine intent to play recreationally.

Ta99 reserves the right to hold balances and request additional documentation while investigating any suspected prohibited conduct. Confirmed cases of fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Ta99 is not liable for financial losses arising from bets and games placed on the platform. Betting and gaming involve real financial risk and outcomes are never guaranteed. Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions and account balance management.

Ta99 does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability and may carry out scheduled or unscheduled maintenance resulting in temporary downtime. If a live bet is affected by a technical interruption, the outcome will be processed based on the state recorded by the server at the time of the interruption.

Ta99's maximum liability to any user, for any reason, is limited to the amount of the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

Ta99 may update these Terms at any time to reflect operational, regulatory, or product changes. Whenever significant changes are made, ta99 will notify active users by email and display a notice on the platform at least 7 (seven) days before the new terms come into effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date and request a withdrawal of your available balance.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always the most recent one, identified by the last updated date shown at the top of this page. Previous versions may be requested from support for reference.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and other legislation applicable to the digital entertainment and online betting sector in Brazil.

Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the user and ta99 will be submitted to the court of the user's place of domicile, as provided for under the Consumer Protection Code.

Before pursuing any legal action, the user must contact ta99 support to attempt an amicable resolution. ta99 commits to formally responding to any complaint within 5 (five) business days of receipt.
